Principal's Message

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I am thrilled to begin my first year as the principal of Lake Park Elementary School and my 10th year as a principal overall. It is an honor to join this wonderful community, and I look forward to an exciting year ahead.

My journey in education began during the 2006-2007 school year as a sixth-grade math teacher, a role I held for five years. In 2011-2012, I transitioned to administration, serving first as a Dean of Students, and later as an Assistant Principal. In January 2015, I moved into my previous role as Principal, where I enjoyed working closely with students, staff, and families for nearly a decade.

As I step into my new role at Lake Park Elementary, I am eager to get to know our students and collaborate with families to ensure a positive and successful school year. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. I am here to support you and your child’s educational journey.
